About my order

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by adding a product to your shopping cart. This can be done by pressing the big green button labeled 'ADD TO CART'. Following this you can add your information and proceed to the checkout.

How can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service to inform us of your cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you can register it to return after receipt.

How do I change my order?

You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Contact our customer service to change the name or address of your order.

How do I change my delivery address?

Delivery address of current order
Once you have placed your order, you can no longer change the delivery address of that order.

Delivery address in account
For example, did you move and do you want to change the delivery address in your account? Then go to My Account and change your delivery and billing address under the heading 'Account settings'.
